1. What kind of documents, we should provide you to let the immigration process begin?

Copies of the following papers: birth certificates, marriage and/or divorce certificates, passports, resident permit if you are working not in your home country, degrees, diplomas, Bank Statement, Affidavit (property), Police Certificate, various references and certificates.

2. When, I will be able to receive Canadian Nationality? Can I have a double Nationality too?

You will be able to become a Canadian National after you lived three years in Canada. Canada recognizes a double Nationality. But it may be questionable whether the country, from which you arrived, would recognize it or not.

3. Is it possible for me, to learn English or French upon arriving to Canada?

Immigration and Citizenship Canada established quite large network of free English/French language courses. Any legal immigrant can attend these courses with out cost.

5. How long it will take the immigration process?

Processing times vary from 10 to 18 months. But in very few cases it can take even longer period. Well prepared applications presented at immigration posts with small numbers to be processed are sometimes issued in less than four months. Processing times depend on the category in which the application is made, and on the fact whether or not one has to attend an interview. Processing times also vary between different embassies.
